Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using a digital method of payment. Our Shipping is fulfilled via the logistics team at Shiprocket. 


Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. 

As per the guidelines of the government of India due to the ongoing lockdown, orders are not available for international shipments.


Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-7 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


Cash On Delivery (COD)

If you choose to pay for your order with manual cash-on-delivery, please be ready with the set amount given on your invoice at time of delivery. Kindly pay the due amount to the Shiprocket delivery representative. It is recommended that you hold the exact amount as billed, as availability of change is not guaranteed. 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are free for all our products for delivery to addresses in india. 

Shipping costs to international addresses  are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas at international destinations.
